Mr. Mohamed Farouk’s practice focuses on litigation and arbitration-related court proceedings. He is a seasoned litigator with more than 25 years of experience. He has extensive experience in litigating all types of commercial and civil matters. He pleads cases before all types of and levels of courts, including trial and first instance courts, appellate courts and appellate divisions, the Court of Cassation, and the Constitutional Court of Egypt.
