Youssef + Partners, a leading international law firm in the Middle East, is thrilled to announce a pioneering initiative: a four-day workweek for the month of August. This move, designed to enhance work-life balance, boost productivity, and promote overall well-being among our dedicated team members.
Starting August 1st, our team will enjoy three-day weekends, working Sunday through Wednesday till the end of Summar. This trial period aims to give our team a rejuvenating summer experience and demonstrates our commitment to fostering a progressive and supportive work environment.
