Youssef & Partners (Youssef + Partners) has kicked off its formal entrance into the corporate and transactional markets, and has acquired up-and-coming corporate practice, Mahmoud T. Moharram, founding partner at Moharram Law Firm, will be heading a number of practice areas within the firm’s corporate and transactional practices, for which the firm has received significant and growing demand.
Mahmoud T. Moharram brings more than 15 years of experience representing Egyptian and international clients in complex corporate and transactional matters.
Mahmoud’s extensive experience includes serving as in-house general counsel for Orascom Construction (OC).
Mahmoud also served as general counsel for a major regional investment powerhouse holding assets in the fields of cement, chemicals, oil and gas, and fertilizers.
Mr. Moharram re-entered private practice in 2018, with the founding of his law firm, Moharram Law Firm.
Mr. Moharram’s extensive experience includes servicing some of Egypt’s and the region’s key companies and corporations and advising on several major projects and transactions across key industries in Egypt, Africa, the MENA region, and globally.
