This summer, we are proud to announce the return of our 4-day summer workweek, a pioneering initiative in the legal market that is fast becoming a beloved tradition for our team.
Launched last year as a pilot program, the summer workweek initiative was a bold move to prioritize employee wellbeing, recharge time, and sustainable productivity. Following overwhelmingly positive feedback and proven performance benefits of the pilot, we decided to implement it moving forward, with the 4-day workweek kicking off again at the start of June for Summer 2025.

As a leading arbitration law firm in Egypt and the region, our work is rigorous, typically involving high-stakes, and deeply impactful. We also know though, that great lawyers thrive when they are supported, energized, and able to recharge. The 4-day workweek—running from June through August—means that our lawyers and professional staff enjoy Thursdays off while remaining fully committed to client service and case excellence.
This balance has been key to sustaining the sharp focus, creativity, and resilience required for the complex international disputes we handle.
