This summer, we are proud to announce the return of our 4-day summer workweek, a pioneering initiative in the legal market that is fast becoming a beloved tradition for our team.

Launched last year as a pilot program, the summer workweek initiative was a bold move to prioritize employee wellbeing, recharge time, and sustainable productivity. Following overwhelmingly positive feedback and proven performance benefits of the pilot, we decided to implement it moving forward, with the 4-day workweek kicking off again at the start of June for Summer 2025.
