The firm represented the investor in a USD 60 million arbitration case against an international UAE-based oil and gas corporation under the auspices of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
The case involved numerous claims by the UAE-based investor, reflecting the counterparty’s breaches of contractual obligations and its non-compliance with an agreement on the sale of interests in numerous concessions under Egyptian law.
