Youssef, has been elected Vice-Chair of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) Advisory Board (2024-2028). Karim A. Youssef will serve as Vice-Chair alongside Samaa Haridi of King & Spalding, with Craig Tevendale of Herbert Smith Freehills in London appointed as Chair. The newly constituted advisory board, representing ten nationalities, is a testament to CRCICA’s dedication to diversity and global excellence.

On his election, Karim A. Youssef expressed his honor in serving as vice-chair, stating “I am honored to serve as vice-chair, alongside Samaa Haridi and with Craig Tevendale as chair. The committee plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the Center’s arbitration proceedings, especially under the new Rules. It reflects how the center itself has been evolving over recent years to be one of the most relevant and important regional institutions, thanks to the efforts of Dr. Ismail Selim and before him Dr. Mohamed Abdel Raouf.”
